Having goals is important.  It keeps us motivated, and eager.  I’ve started to set mini goals for myself and they are ones that I know I’ll actually accomplish.  This month, I’m trying out as many recipes as possible.

Sunday is a great day for pizza and wine.  I decided to skip the Ravens tailgate and opted for a hike in the Patapsco, then made this fig, Gorgonzola, basil, red onion and prosciutto pizza.  It took about 15 minutes to prep and 12 minutes to bake so I had plenty of time to drink some Merlot and watch Dexter.

Reminder to take care of yourself.  The seasons change and there is so much hustle and bustle.  Relax because before you know it, it will be the holidays.
